• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely. In fact, for some reason, most of my orders seem to be outside the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  This is a one man operation with occasional help from my better half. I do the best I can to get orders out in a timely manner, but sometimes, real life gets in the way. It shouldn't take me more than three days to get your order shipped... sometimes it's quicker, sometimes it's longer. Either way, I try and let my customers know when I plan to ship, and when it has shipped.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
